Additional options:

Contact your employees within app.
Set the employee to "Absent".
Sort your employees by status (Manager, Regular, Student, Beginner).
Write the number of employees who are expected to work in each shift by status.
Set the day to "Not active" if it is currently not a working day. You can use this option for each shift separately.
